Commissioning a new domain in Cyberspace
Wednesday, 11 January 2012 00:00

After trading for three decades, three months short of three more years and changing physical location thrice, Sanch now exists in a new Cyber-domain. January 01, 2012 is the official launch of the upgraded Although active since last November, the site has been tweaked and ‘retweaked’ in real time and is now nearly optimised.

The main objective is to create a universal network for embracing, endorsing and enhancing all the company’s endeavours and to define clearly a new business paradigm for future sustainability. Our primary focus will be Pan in Education to complement existing portfolios in the entertainment and distribution arenas. In this regard, I have asked many international business colleagues and friends to link the Infomercial for PETE the Panstick to their websites so as to build awareness for the new software. Many of these names are featured prominently on the new Sanch home page and I now formally acknowledge a few.

The Soundstage Network! is by far the most prestigious global online magazine conglomerate. Since 2008 I have been a contributing writer to one of their publications, ultraaudio. After meeting Editor-in-chief Jeffrey W. Fritz under very serendipitous circumstances, I have published thirteen articles to date and have promised Jeff to resume my submissions this year.

Carol Rosenberger of Delos Music and Marcia Martin of Reference Recordings have been my long-standing friends since 1979. The former was instrumental in affording Sanch an opportunity in 1987 to release CDs on her label; while it was through Marcia that I met her husband Keith Johnson, an engineering guru from whom I learnt many tricks of the trade.

Through another very good friend the late Allan Russo, Sanch became an international distributor for NAD Electronics and PSB Speakers in 1995. These Canadian Audiophile companies have gradually gained a stranglehold in the fiercely competitive market. In the interim, American Andy Payor and his company Rockport Technologies have carved their own niche right atop the pyramid. I met Morten Stove in the early eighties when he was employed with Brüel & Kjaar of Denmark; Morten subsequently established DPA Microphones by acquiring a division of B&K.
