Sanch Electronix Limited Annual Brunch
“One Caribbean Voice® - Cricket”

One Caribbean Voice® - Cricket is the banner under which Sanch Electronix Limited will be hosting its annual brunch at Queen’s Hall, St. Ann’s on Sunday 25 March 2007 from 10.30 am to 3pm.

Conceptualised by Sanch, the One Caribbean Voice® motif was developed as a vehicle through which the culture of a unified Caribbean could be presented to the world. To coincide with the International Cricket Conference World Cup being held in the Caribbean in 2007, the theme of this year’s event will be “Cricket, Lovely Cricket.”
Sanch promises a memorable experience with a menu designed especially for the occasion by international food stylist Jacqueline Danclair, an exhibition by local artists Nigel Parris, Ralph Hoyte Jr., Brian Wong Won and Camille King, along with an unforgettable blend of musical talent.

Outdoor entertainment will be provided by bp Renegades and the ever-popular Neal and Massy Trinidad All Stars. On stage within the auditorium, David Bereaux and Friends will treat patrons to some of the ole time calypsos that have chronicled the history of West Indies cricket through the years.

Also appearing will be world-renowned steelband arranger and soloist Ray Holman as well as young pannist Earl Brooks Jr. These gentlemen will demonstrate a new percussion instrument to be unveiled on the day. This device was designed and crafted at the Steelpan Development Centre, The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. Felix ‘Sugar Fingers’ Roach will close this segment of entertainment with pieces from his new album Improvising The Classics, which will be launched at the brunch. A ten-minute film animation of Caribbean culture produced by Animae Caribe will also be shown.

Sanch’s corporate partners for this venture are CLICO (Trinidad) Limited, The University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers’ Association, Caribbean Communications Network and Scotiabank.

Tickets are available at a cost of $425.00,(USD$70.00). For further information please contact Sanch Electronix, 23 King Street, St. Joseph at 663-1384; Josefina Owen at 786-2592 and George Charles at 622-5001.
